Welcome to the Hurdy Gurdy Masterclass in Krakow, led by renown hurdy gurdy teacher and performer Sergio Gonzalez.
During this 4h intensive course, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Sergio, receiving personalized instruction and feedback. He will focus on technique, dissociation and repertoire specific to medieval and renaissance music, helping you to master this fascinating and challenging genre.
The masterclass will take place in Stray Port in Krakow, with plenty of opportunities for networking and community building with other passionate hurdy gurdy players. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of our instrument, material to practice during the year and a renewed sense of inspiration and motivation for your musical journey.
At the end of our workshop, Sergio will perform a concert with Saüc Ensemble, his Renaissance music project, you are more than invited to join.
